My favourite food in the world
A plate of hot pancakes drizzled with Buckwheat Honey might be the most loved food item of the planet. But for me its Biryani!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There is no love sincerer than the love
of food.” I couldn’t agree more. I, myself, am something of
a food enthusiast. And my favorite foodis biryani.
You just cannot go wrong with it. You just cannot. Even the most critical and
picky individuals cannot resist indulging themselves when it takes “center
stage” on the dinner table. Biryani is the name and stuffing one’s
face is the game. Biryani is, by
far, my most favorite dish. I can’t emphasize that enough.
And those who aren’t exactly...
My favourite food is biryani. It is a muglai dish famous in india and
particularly all over the world.Biryani is prepared from basmati rice mixed
with spices like cardamon, cloves bayleaves and many more.It is a flavourful
dish.
There are many types of biryani like dum aloo
biryani, tandorri biryani etc.People enjoy this delicious dish with their family
n friends.
The spices and condiments used in biryani may include, but are not
limited to, ghee , nutmeg, mace, cumin, pepper , cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves , coriander, min leaves vegetarian biryani,
the main ingredient with the spices is the meat—beef, chicken, goat, lam, fish or shrimp. The dish may be
served with dahi chutney or Raita, korma, curry, a sour dish
of eggplant (brinjal), boiled egg and salad.
Biryani and pullao are different. In biryani the
rice (plain or fried) is cooked separately from the thick sauce (curry of meat
or vegetables). The curry and the rice are then brought together and layered.
This makes a dish with contrasting flavors of flavored rice and strongly
flavored sauce and meat or vegetables.
The cooking method of
Biryani came from Iran . It was brought to the Indiansubcontinent
by Iranian travelers and merchants. In India , the recipe of biryani developed to its
current form. Local variants of this dish are popular not only in South Asia
but also in Southeast Asia, Arabia, and within various South Asian
communities in Western countries.
